Controllable health problems include; innactivity, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterole, stress, smoking. The noncontrollable rist factors include; gender, heredity, and age.

Improved appearence, improved self-control, improved body image, improved health, increased muscular strength and edurence, increased level of energy, improved physical preformance, increased success on your school work or job, and helps cop with stress.
